Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor. She was born on August 4 of 1981. Her most well-known work is the roles she appeared in the film Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful The Great and Powerful, this Is Where I Leave You. The actress is currently playing Amantha in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel series. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in film and television. She gained fame for her roles in the drama series Rectify. Born in Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut in the part in the soap opera All My Children. For her work, she won the Soap Opera Digest Award as an Outstanding Female Newcomer. She played mostly guest roles during a number of years on television programs. She earned appreciation for her role of Dr. Erin Jameson in the television series Hawthorne. She slowly grew a large following thanks to her gorgeous look and incredible acting talents. When she was twenty, she made her acting debut in the film Campfire Stones. She has also appeared as a character in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and various other movies. In recognition of her performance in Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination. In the TV program Timeless in which she portrayed the role of Lucy Preston, a history professor. Spencer has been nominated for the Teen Choice Award after her performance on the show was praised by critics.
